On August 7, 2024, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the New Higher Education Institute – NEWUNI and Sias University (Xinzhou, Henan Province, China). The memorandum was signed by the rector of NEWUNI, Professor Tamar Gardapkhadze and the founder and chairman of the representative board of Sias University, Dr. Shawn Chen. Partner universities will implement joint educational projects, promoting the mobility of students and academic/administrative staff within the framework of ERASMUS +. The foundation of the above-mentioned relationship was laid at the annual international exhibition, which was organized by the International Education Association (NAFSA) in New Orleans (USA) and where the New Higher Education Institute – NEWUNI participated.
