The German parliament, together with the universities of Berlin, within the framework of the program “International Parliamentary Scholarship” (IPS) annually gives young people interested in politics, now from 50 countries, a unique chance to get directly acquainted with the political decision-making process.
The program is designed for graduates, young people under the age of thirty who are interested in politics.
The aim of the program is to acquaint the scholars directly with the political events and democratic decision-making processes, as well as strengthening partnership between Germany and the participating countries.
