On December 12-13, 2019 at the New Higher Education Institute the first 5-10 minutes of the lectures was dedicated to conversation about the membership of the Council of Europe and Georgia in this organization, also it was held a very interesting discussion about European values. It is pleased that Georgia is the Chair of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe from 27 November 2019 to 15 May 2020. And within 6 months Georgia is given the opportunity to contribute to adhering to the values and principles of the organization. Georgia, as part of European civilization, reaffirms its commitment to the basic principles of the Council of Europe.
