Public lecture on “Public Manipulation Methods in the Information Era” is being held at the conference hall of New Higher Education Institute by Giorgi Targamadze, who is the Doctor of Social Sciences, Director of Media Center and Founder of Georgian Strategic Analysis Center “GSAC”.
The lecture is attended by the students of “Newuni” who study on the faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences, on the educational programs of International Relations, Tourism and Business Administration; it is also attended by the academic and administrative staff of the institute.
