On November 25-26, 2021, a concluding conference of the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation Movement “Tourism without Borders” was held in a hybrid mode in Florence. From Georgia, a New higher Education Institute-NEWUNI was presented online at the conference – representatives of NEWUNI – Head of the International Relations Service, Associate Professor, Nana Tsikhistavi; Professor Manana Aladashvili; Undergraduate students of Tourism: Archil Bregvadze, Sophie Jokhadze and Eka Diasamidze, as well as NEWUNI’s partner, Lamara Bekauri, a representative of the Tourism Department of Tetritskaro Municipality.
Within the framework of the conference, Professor Nana Tsikhistavi made a presentation on the cultural heritage and tourist sites of Kvemo Kartli. Information posters prepared by students with photos of Kvemo Kartli cultural heritage were sent to the Del Bianco Foundation, which will be published in the special catalog of the conference.
New Higher Education Institute-NEWUNI in future will continue to work with the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation.
