The New Higher Education Institute -NEWUNI announces an open competition for academic positions in the following fields and areas of study:
➡️ International Relations:
Associate Professor – 5 staff members;
Assistant – 1 staff member;
➡️ Business Administration:
Associate Professor – 3 staff members;
A person with an academic degree of doctor or an equivalent degree who has at least 3 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work can be elected to the position of Associate Professor for a term of 4 (four) years.
A doctoral student can be elected as an assistant for a term of 3 or 4 years ❗️
Competition deadlines:
Receipt of tender documents: 27.12.2021 – 30.12.2021;
I stage of the competition – review of the tender documents – selection: 03.01.2022 – 06.01.2022;
Announcement of the results of the first stage of the competition / introduction to the contestants: 11.01.2022;
II Stage of the competition – interview with the competition commission – / syllabus presentation; Giving a public lecture; Submission of teaching / or research concept /: 12.01.2022 – 14.01.2022;
Issuance of orders on appointment of the winners of the competition to academic positions: 18.01.2022;
Public announcement of the final results of the competition: no later than 21.01.2022;
Concluding an employment contract with the winners of the competition: within 3 weeks after the announcement of the results.
The candidate must submit:
Application in the name of the competition commission (according to the established form);
✔️Contest form (according to the established form);
Copy of ID card;
Copy of relevant academic degree document (s);
A document recognizing the education received abroad (education received during the period of academic qualification or study within the framework of a higher education program), issued in accordance with the rules established by law, if any;
Document reflecting work experience, a document certifying the relevant scientific-pedagogical experience (certificate, copy of the workbook, etc.);
List of published works during the last 5 years;
✔️Autobiography CV;
✔️1 photo on 3X4;
Syllabus (s) of the relevant training course;
Certificate of conviction for a crime against sexual freedom and inviolability;
Mandatory condition for participation in the academic competition is of New Higher Education Institute-NEWUNI in case of victory – signing an affiliation agreement with NEWUNI❗️

Candidates will be notified of the competition results via e-mail and will be published on the website www.newuni.edu.ge
The results of the competition can be appealed on the basis of the internal regulations of the Institute and the legislation of Georgia.
