In recent days, disinformation has been spreading on social networks and in the media, as if the suspension of registration in the European Register of Independent Agencies for Quality Improvement in Higher Education (EQAR) poses a threat to the recognition of diplomas issued by Georgian higher education institutions or exchange programs. This does not correspond to reality.
We would like to inform you that the National Center for Quality Improvement in Education of Georgia was registered in EQAR in 2019. Accordingly, both before 2019 and after it, the recognition of diplomas issued in Georgia in the EU member states, as well as in any other country, was carried out without delay.
It is also important that exchange and grant programs, SAT, GMAT and foreign language international exams, and foreign educational programs are available to students.
