On January 7, 2020 The memorandum od partnership between New Higher Education Institute and University of Vechta(Germany) was formed, which provides academic relationship and cooperation in collaborative scientific research and education. Memorandum was signed by the Rector of New Higher Education Institute, Professor, Tamar Gardapkhadze and the President of Vechta University(Germany), Professor, Doctor Burghart Schmidt.
