At the initiative of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences and the Educational Process Management Service of the New Higher Education Institute – NEWUNI, an informational meeting was held with students regarding the rules for using the electronic management system and the use of the library’s electronic catalog.

On June 23, 2023, the 10th-anniversary scientific conference of students was held in the New Higher Education Institute – NEWUNI. At the conference, interesting, topical reports were presented by the students of NEWUNI and its partner higher educational institutions. On June 9, 2023, a psychological counseling center for students was founded in the New Higher Education Institute – NEWUNI. The above was implemented within the framework of the European Union-funded project – “Creation of psychological counseling centers for students in higher educational institutions of Georgia” – whose participants are:

The Ministry of Education and Science has sent an offer for scholarship programs for the 2023-2024 academic year from the universities of Sichuan province of China for the students of New Higher Education Institute-NEWUNI. Scholarships are allocated to bachelor’s and master’s programs in various directions, in particular, for the New Higher Education Institute-NEWUNI in the direction of tourism.

New Higher Education Institute-NEWUNI’s bachelor’s degree holders Estonian  University of Tartu offers a study program – “Use of technologies in modern education”. The mentioned program is free for citizens of Georgia, Armenia and Moldova and the application deadline is June 1, 2023.

On May 11, 2023, the Rector of the New Higher Educational Institute – NEWUNI, Professor Tamar Gardapkhadze and the Head of the International Relations   Service, Nana Tsikhistavi, visited Sukhumi State University  due to the invitation of the Rector of Sukhumi State University, Professor Zurab Khonelidze. It was on this day that a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the two higher educational institutions.

On May 4-9, 2023, the Rector of the New Higher  Education Institute – NEWUNI, Professor Tamar Gardapkhadze, representatives of the administration and academic staff were on a working visit to  Prague (Czech Republic) and Dresden (Germany). Within the framework of the visit a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Pan-European University of Prague and the New Higher Education Institute – NEWUNI.
