You, as a digital consultant:
Identify customer needs
They will be redirected to the appropriate channel according to the needs of the user
Giving relevant advice, assistance or bringing / contacting the relevant employee according to the client’s needs;
Assist the client in completing the application when purchasing a banking product, if necessary;
Managing rows originating in the branch;
Assisting the client in using technological products;
Supply of brochures, promotional materials, newspapers, magazines and other client-friendly items to the branch
Assist customers with fast payment terminal payments
Perform other activities as needed
