On October 4-5, 2021, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the New Higher Education Institution-NEWUNI and the Romanian-American University. Founded in 1991, the new partner university has 30 years of experience in the Romanian educational space. The Romanian-American University has seven faculties: Faculty of Law; Economics and Local / International Tourism; Sports and Physical Therapy; Informatics Management and Marketing / Management; European Economic Education; International / International Trade and Financial Banking.
The memorandum provides for and agrees to develop joint programs under Erasmus + and issue dual diplomas to students from both sides.
