Documents to be submitted in NEWUNI:
- A) Application;
- B) Original and copy of the identity document (ID card) (foreign citizens – copy of passport / ID card and the original of the notarized translation);
- C) 2 photos 3×4 and e. Version (CD / DVD);
- D) A copy of a document certifying full general or equivalent education;
- E) The original and a copy of the document certifying military registration (persons subject to military registration);
- F) Legal act (s) determining student status (signed and stamped by the HEI);
- G) Study card (certified with indication of studied course / program components, relevant credits and assessments obtained);
- H) In case of receiving education in a foreign educational institution – a document recognizing education (copy).
- I) Proof of administrative registration (bank receipt)
