The New Higher Education Institute-NEWUNI within the framework of the Erasmus+ mobility program signed between the Nicolaus Copernicus University of Torun, Poland and the New Higher Education Institute-NEWUNI in order to strengthen internationalization and strengthen relations, Dr. Aranka Ignasiak-Szulc, Vice Dean of the department of International Relations of Nicolaus Copernicus University, visited NEWUNI on a working visit. The teaching visit was during the period 10-14 of October and the open lecture took place on 13th of October.
The guest held a public lecture for the students, academic and administrative staff of NEWUNI on the topic:” social and economic consequences of the war in Ukraine and sanctions- a view from Poland and the European Union. In addition, Professor Aranka Ignasiak-Szulc focused on the study and exchange programs of the Copernicus University in her presentation.
After the public lecture, in a meeting with the NEWUNI administration, the parties discussed the prospects of future employees. Rector of NEWUNI, Professor Tamar Gardapkhadze expressed her willingness to intensify the cooperation between NEWUNI and Copernicus University.
